Beyond120 Young Professionals began as a small group of students trying to find a way to navigate their individual professional journeys through peer-to-peer and peer-to-alumni connections. We sought a way to bridge elements of the Beyond120 program within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences with the intersectional student experience in a more informal way. And now as a student organization, we hope to create a space where members can engage in group discussions about professionalism, workshops on skills development, conversations with experienced guest speakers, and more. Our goal is to build a community of young professionals who want to explore the concept of professionalism and practice valuable career skills that will help them succeed beyond university.
